#BE-FISH

Now is already available the web page of the project BE-FISH, leaded by D. Villegas-Ríos.

The main aim of this project is to investigate pace of life syndromes in fish and explore the role of human harvesting and marine reserves on them from an evolutionary perspective. Villegas-Ríos aims to investigate the potential for marine reserves to act as buffers against human selection pressures and protect phenotypic diversity in relation to future climate change scenarios and/or their potential to create new selection pressures on marine resources.

The project started in on 1st May and the first set on experimental work is already in course.
